MilkShake Factory has been perfecting handspun shakes and premium chocolates since 1914. Our new Preston Valley location is locally owned and operated — and we're bringing the best milkshakes and chocolate North Dallas has ever seen.

The Role
As a Team Member, you craft the product, serve the guests, and keep the store running smoothly. We'll train you on everything — all you need to bring is a great attitude and a willingness to work.
What You'll Do
- Craft high-quality milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates to standard — every time
- Deliver genuine, friendly service that makes guests want to come back
- Drive sales through sampling, product recommendations, and natural upselling
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized — floor, coolers, and stockroom
- Follow cash handling, food safety, and safety procedures accurately
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Comfortable on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus — not required
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
